By connecting Medici to Cloud Group's cloud telephony, the phone number for a call is sent to the agenda. When the number is known, you can see the right patient or possible patients more quickly. From the pop-up, you can click through immediately to create an appointment. This helps telephony fit better into the daily patient workflow.
