What is URL Executer?
The URL Executer is an integration method that automatically calls a pre-configured URL on every call event. Instead of a ready-made coupling with one software package, the URL Executer gives you the freedom to decide which system you drive and when.
By using the URL Executer with Cloud Group's cloud telephony, you build your own coupling between your telephony and your business software. On an incoming or outgoing call the URL is called with the relevant data, so your application can respond immediately, for example by opening the right customer record or logging the conversation. This lets you automate your processes around every phone call, without heavy development.
