Contact your account manager to request the Zoho integration

Login

Log in to your Zoho environment > setup > channels > telephony > install the Cloud Communications bridge.

Enable Zoho integration

Click the 'Enable Zoho integration' button.

Link Zoho

Navigate to Phone Devices. Link Zoho user in the dropdown for each device via the 'Edit' button. Now you're all set!

Enabling the Zoho integration

Before installation, you must ensure that:

  • Telephony is enabled in your Zoho account (go to your Zoho account > go to Settings > Channels > Telephony). If this is not enabled, you will see the 'install' button.

  • You are the administrator of the Zoho account, otherwise you cannot enable the integration.

  • There is no ongoing integration with PhoneBridge in your account.
