Our unburdening partner model is a win-win, because the partner can earn extra money with little effort and their end customers get a professional and affordable telephony solution with 24/7 free support.
The partner gets access to the customer portal and can remain the point of contact to adjust settings of the telephone system himself. In this way, we could assure GOit to remain the first-line contact. So the customer can choose to contact either GOit or Cloud Group for questions or adjustments.
In numerical terms, 100% of GOit's reported customers scheduled a digital appointment with a product expert after being contacted by phone. Just to show how great the confidence of their customers is when another organization indicates by phone to be a partner. 89% of them have since become Cloud Group customers and are using our Cloud PBX and features.
