Presence Indicators

Colleagues are shown with a colored dot indicating their current status:

Dot	Status	Receives call	Meaning
	Available	✓	Free and able to take calls.
	Ringing	✓	Phone is currently ringing — eligible for pickup if in your group.
	Away / Lunch	✓	Stepped away from desk.
	Busy / In call / DND	✗	On a call or has set Do Not Disturb.
	Out of office / Forwarded	✗	Calls being forwarded or absent.
	Appear offline	✓	Shown as unavailable, but still receives calls.
	Not available / External	✗	Status unknown or external contact.
	Custom statuses	✓	Custom statuses configured by your administrator.
